Crew Members
Everyone you can assign to events — including people without a login. People with a login show an account badge; invited people show as pending until they accept. Use Invite to send a login by email or share a scan-to-join QR.
Filter & sort
Drivers
Your drivers — each with a unique colour used across timing, the calendar and session logs, plus a profile and attached documents (racing licence, medical, ID, contract). Drivers are also crew members, so they can be assigned to events & cars.

Everything that changed in this workspace — who changed it, when, and what it was before. Every field change is one row; rows of one save group together.

Housekeeping

Sync from storage Re-count usage against what's actually in cloud storage — picks up files uploaded before tracking existed and clears records for files that no longer exist.
Orphaned incident files An incident upload that never finished registering sits invisibly in storage, counting against your space. Scan for leftovers, review the list, then delete to free it.
Avatar uploads are excluded from this total.
